consultation - design brief

We invite you to meet one of our designers to discuss your vision and expectations for your designs. We outline the scope of the design project including any products or works, timing and budget. This is the perfect time for you to ask our team any questions you may have.

Any design concepts you have should be provided to our graphic designer so that we are all working towards YOUR vision. This ensures we are all on the same page and you remain part of this exciting process.

proofing process

The proofing process is vital to the success of your project. We will provide proof sheets for you to check or request changes. It is not until you are satisfied and have signed the proof sheet that we proceed with the production of your order.

The production process can not begin until the associated proof sheet has all boxes checked and is signed by the client.

Design concepts

Once your designer has their brief from you they will put together your initial design concepts. These concepts are always initial to start off with, we welcome all feedback, all feedback is good feedback. Your designer will proof these concepts to you and work with you to guide and develop your design.

design & set up

A “design” is different to a “set up”. “Design” refers to the creation of your brand’s visual image/ identity or a new concept visually associated with an existing brand. “Set up” is what we call the process of applying your logo and project content to a business card, brochure, poster, banner, building sign or other application.
